Knowledge Important   If the Services is growing more than 2.5% a year, that is a very good signal and a great opportunity to own stocks. If the Services industry is growing between 1.0% and 2.5% a year, it is more prudent to hold more cash or bonds. If the Services industry is growing less than 1.5% or is shrinking (negative growth), it is more prudent to have the majority of your holdings in cash or bonds. 4. There is moderate expansion in all sub-industries, with continual shakeout occurring because of advancement in technology and methods of distribution. 5.
